August appears with a slew of new Crederians! My hands have recovered enough to work a reasonable amount, but there are still some motions that cause a sudden ache. MYOs and design updates are the next priority and will be getting approval or feedback at the end of this week~

Pawbirds have gotten even  more of their traits uploaded! Rare ruffs, Rare horns, and a whole lot of descriptions written in to make sure you know what you're getting into~

Final words

July has been a month of wrist aches post-move which has caused a longer slow period for Crederia. As I recover we move towards filling in the remaining standard trait blocks and expanding on some existing ones. Each time I look at the expanding traits I get incredibly happy and excited to do more which is a blessing and a curse as I'm limited in how much I can work with my hands. 

Thank you so much for the support! Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the creation of art and the plans for MYOs in the discord. I hope to bring much more to the table as we move into August.

Our Summer seasonal prompts make their yearly return! Enjoy getting transformed into popsicles, going on a leisurely (or challenging) hike, take a day trip to the beach, or gather round the campfire! Whatever you do, remember to wear sunscreen! ☀️

🍧 Popsicle Time!

Think about the hottest day of summer, and what you wouldn't do for an icy treat to curb the heat. Now think about your Crederian getting turned into that icy treat and head on into the prompt!

🏖️ Beach Episode

As you melt in your room on a hot summer day, you think about how nice it would be to go to the beach today...

🏕️ Round the Campfire

The buzzing and rustling of nature around you creates a sense of calm as you begin to unfurl your sleeping back. Nothing like sleeping under the stars in the middle of the woods. The residual embers of the dying campfire crackle gently nearby.

🥾 Wear Comfy Socks

The crisp air that hits your nose as you look out from your perch on the mountain face is unmatched by any other for those in tune with the wilderness. Put on some comfortable socks and tighten those laces, it's time to go hiking!

Pawbird Ruffs update

Pawbirds have gotten some more of their ruffs uploaded! The uncommon ruffs range from bare portions of the neck being exposed to dense fur that gives the illusion of a fine fur coat~ Get ready to style some luxurious fur!

Final words

The guide has been simultaneously the biggest headache and accomplishment for Crederia thus far! Perfectionism had to be shoved to the side as many real-life events take place! I (Phloxe) am in the process of moving house alongside other personal (medical) matters which has limited my time greatly. I hope you enjoy Windan rolling back around as well as the available seasonal items. 

There is more to come in the future once the move is settled and energy feels manegable again! Hope to see you for the next update~

An elegant creature unbothered by the cold makes their way into town. Winter nears it's end but the weather seems... colder than before! Brrr, hopefully it doesn't stay that way. Our guest is almost here, seem's they'll reach the gates around.. 4PM? We'll make sure to give them a warm welcome~

2025 Winter Seasonal Prompts will be upen until March 31st! 

Enjoy the arrival of some late winter prompts! The cold is colding and the snow is falling gently but surely! Winter may be coming to a close but it seems no one told them that meant the snow should start to melt! These prompts will be getting an extension due to their lateness, and will be closing at the end of March on the 31st!
Each of these prompts contain a special little loot table that has a small chance of obtaining a seasonal traiit item! Snowball fight's loot table is the only way to obtain our Gift-Wrapped Cookie Assortment item this year. Good luck and good snowball fighting!

Our winter seasonals creep on by! Winter is getting colder and colder for me and it's almost surreal how now is the time for snow to start cropping up. Pages are scheduled to be filled, edited, and updated later in the month. The admins will be away on a trip and may be scarce until the latter half of February but will still be checking in case we're needed!

I adore thinking of the inner workings of the seasonal events that transpire, but wish my wrists agreed enough with me to not start aching after setting up even this much haha. I hope the bits and pieces of lore stored in the items, traits, and prompts are as enjoyable to read as they are to write. See you in the next post!

World info transfer

A slow but sure transfering of my original world text is under way! Our locations in Lothain have their brief introduction, population variety, commerce, and something they're known for available alongside a temporary "icon" of their part of the map zoomed-in! The locations will continue to be filled in as we move towards opening the next portion of the map.

Our winter seasonals have arrived! A variety of universal and exclusive traits billow through the streets and find themselves available in the form of trinkets and foods. A few of our core traits have gotten descriptions as well as their uncropped images added for further clarity! The goal is to do so for all traits that are difficult to see due to cropping/framing and we're starting with Skullcracker ears and markings! We're in the new year and time is flying by! With our winter seasonal traits out of the way we now have unique traits for each season and focus will move back to core traits. New seasonals will be put on the backburner to allow the core content to be put at the forefront, which will include filling in any missing trait info or images! Thanks so much for the love you give Crederia, it's the biggest motivator as I continue to navigate my health and what i'm able to get done for the site and species.

❄️Sale: [Noel's Winter Gacha Preview] 

 Winter's Emissary is arriving with a cabinet of delights on December 20th, 4PM PST 

As snow blankets the land, many Crederians have kept their errands short or in the warm interiors of the local shops and builduings. The days are shorter, the leaves having fallen off of many a tree surrounding Lothain. The lanscape is transformed as Crederia prepares for Noel's Arrival; A time of feasting and community heralded by the namebearers Physical arrival to each and every town, villiage, kingdom, and even small campgrounds for those travelling. Lights are strung up, colorful banners bearing patterns that reflect the weather and lanscape are hung from lightposts, rooftops, and pillars erected around the town squares. Whether a nimble Roo or Leloko climbs or a Skullcracker leisurely floats there are many paws that lend a hand to get the space feeling festive!

For the moment we fast forward our tale to the scheduled arrival. Noel does arrive, as they always do, and with them they bring a small wooden case with shelving that holds what look to be glass baubles that catch the firelight beautifully.

"What are those?" a voice asks.

"Why, they hold the very essence of joy. And sorrow, frustration, anger, love..." a gentle laughter emanates from Noel, "All emotions children are capable of feeling. These are my treasures, all holding the spark of life and searching for a place to call home."

The Gacha will be open on the 20th at 4PM PST

We'll be back with part 2 to open up the gacha and drop some new goodies! December is a busy month and unfortunately health concerns have kept me, Phloxe , unable to put enough time towards big and exciting things for Crederia for the majority of this year's end. Regardless of that, I hope December has been good to you all! A small bundle of things are on the horizon and though it's slow going more is soon to follow~

This guide will walk you through the anatomical components of a bab as well as a solid guide on Vivid Mantibabs and the way their colors are broken down! If anything is difficult to read or understand please do send in a report or message to our discord and we will help as best we can. (Some text will be visually edited to make it easier on the eyes)

Myos have been slow to respond to without a full color guide, so to those in the design-check-in I apologize for the delay 💦

Seasonal shop re-opens for october!

Our merchant has made his way here with but a few trinkets this month, but perhaps you failed to attend the Autumn King's party last year and find relief in seeing these items here~

Our merchant was able to obtain several of the transformative items, but offers a strained smile when asked about the King's Bough or his Bottled Flutterfly and mumbles something under their breath. You don't see these wares in their inventory...

Defunct Crederian species trade-ins

Throughout the years of its inception, Crederia has seen many species arrive into it's lands. A few of these unfortunately did not stay with us. For users who would like the opportunity to re-use the same designs, or would like to swap them for an MYO instead, we have a page for you!

This page includes additional information regarding old species that are planned to be reworked, but may not be slotted to happen anytime soon as we keep focus on our main five. Some of these may be traded in or transferred, while others are planned to turn into companion species, and cannot be traded in at this time.

November will continue to be a quiet month focused on continuing species guides and updating other important guides. Our staff will be on hiatus during this time as well on-site but Phloxe will be looking over existing MYOs, design updates, and potential trade-ins. 

Final words

The rest post-Windan has been very helpful to me. There are a few things over the horizon for our resident Phloxe, one which includes getting all four wisdom teeth taken out before October's end so if things are a little choppy to set up I may be working through that! 

The Halloween designs are some of my best yet! The Murky Depths was a concept for Windan before I realized I was overwhelmed with the sheer amount of work left, but it was such a fun concept that my patrons suggested I nudge it into Halloween and i'm so glad for it!
